Christine K. Lopez, 57, passed away on April 7, 2021 at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, Texas. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 1:00PM to 5:00PM at Muffley Funeral Home Chapel, 1430 Thornton Street, Clovis, New Mexico. A rosary will be conducted on April 12, 2021, 3:00PM at Muffley Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, 10:30AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 108 North Davis Street, Clovis, New Mexico. Father Eli Valadez will be officiating. Noah Mascarenas, Derrik Neace Zachary Overholt, Quentin Overholt, Philip Lopez, and Landon Neace will serve as pallbearers.
Christine Lopez was born on November 19, 1963 in Clovis, New Mexico to Fortino Molina and Anita Lopez. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Christine enjoyed playing bingo, watching the Cowboys games, and spending time with her nieces, nephews and foster parenting for CMS.
Survivors include: her mother; Anita Lopez, her two sisters; Jeana Mascarenas and Debbie Lopez, her brother; Carlos Molina (Tina), her nieces and nephews; Jennifer Navales, Crystal Neace (Derrik), Aly Mascarenas, and Noah Mascarenas, her great nieces and nephews; Josslyn Navales, Reagan Neace, Elise Contreras, and Landon Neace. She is preceded in death by: Fortino Molina, Amelia Lopez, and Juan Lopez, Frank Molina, and Amalia Molina.
